Aerospace Engineer
for Space Surveillance (m/f)
(Ref R083)

Your task

  • Review and evaluation of initial concepts related to Space Surveillance and Tracking (Radar, Telescopes databases)
  • Supervising work performed in the frame of the Space Situational Awareness Program
  • Attending meetings as a representative of the Space Situational Awareness team

Your profile

  • University degree in engineering, physics or informatics
  • A clear understanding of space surveillance system components and requirements
  • Experience in the appl ication of radar , telescopes and/or databases for the surveillance and trac king of space objects
  • Proven professional experience in the management of complex operational systems
  • Experience in understanding user needs when specifying the requirements for modern software engineering techniques and technologies
  • Good presentation and organization ski lls
  • English required
